AFFIRMATIONS

Living Loud and Proud
I’m not made to live in a closet, to hide my light under a bushel.
I am part of the immense beauty and diversity of Life’ divine design.
I am never required to live an unauthentic life.
The yoke of preconceived misconceptions cannot weigh me down.
I free myself from the burden of living up to other people’s expectations.
I live my life without fear or trepidation.
I don’t tiptoe around asking permission to be me.
God knows who I am and loves me just as I am.
I see myself through the eyes of God loving what I see.

We Have Work to Do
We joyously retrofit our social and political foundation for expansion.
We create the space for more people - more faiths, nationalities, abilities, and gender
expressions.
We make room for everyone to thrive and be fully alive.
Our generosity knows no bounds, flowing freely to all.
We share power and privilege, bestowing abundant blessings.
We get off auto pilot and consciously choose who we want to be.
We upgrade our societal software no longer operating on outdated systems.
We do the inner and outer work necessary to sustain our vision of possibility.
We make liberty our reality and harmony our destiny.

Resilient By Nature
We were never promised life without strife.
We are promised resilience in our tenderness.
Regeneration is our genetic imprint; we are coded to repeatedly renew.
“All is lost” is an illusion; “We are forsaken” is fake news.
I stand firm in the awareness that I am not defined by circumstances.
I’m not constricted by human contradictions.
No power can make me cower; no deed can make me recede.
Outer perceptions cannot persuade me; unkind acts cannot impede me.
I remember in every adverse situation, “I am more than this!”
The eternal embers of Hope are forever aflame in my soul.

God’s Plans Are Better
Right action is so much better than anything we could have imagined.
Life does us a favor by not implementing our plans.
Not conforming to our expectations is one of Life’s most precious gifts.
Divine unfoldment reveals potential not apparent to the naked eye.
Transcendent awareness always trumps our best thinking.
Witnessing divine order is as humbling as it is exhilarating.
Daily I grow in my trust of Life’s wisdom and processes.
Worry broadcasts my lack of trust in the Universe.
I revisit past miracles to fortify my faith.
I’m so glad that God is in control and not me.
